Jozef Chlebik

Jozef Chlebik is a passionate Project Manager, Events Organizer, and the driving force behind many 0161 Community projects supporting young people and families across Greater Manchester. With nearly a decade of experience, Jozef has transformed countless lives through projects designed to build community cohesion, promote diversity, and provide young people, particularly those marginalized in society, with vital skills and confidence. His work spans cultural events, sports programs, mentorship initiatives, and interventions that address emotional wellbeing and harmful behaviors.

In addition to founding 0161 Community initiatives and many years working across PRUs and Specialist provisions across Greater Manchester, Joe played a pivotal role at Talk Listen Change (TLC), where he worked as Service Manager, overseeing the Children and Young Peoples department expansion in Tameside and Oldham. Through his leadership, programmes aimed at reducing abusive behaviors and promoting healthy relationships are reaching even more young people, families, and institutions, including prisons and universities.

Joe continues to create meaningful opportunities for those on the fringes, encouraging unity and empowerment through sports, the arts, and education.
