Helen Stuart

Helen is Managing Director of Now You’re Talking Therapy, part of the national relationships charity Talk, Listen, Change: TLC. She has spent her career working in the charity sector, with much of her experience focused on supporting children, young people and families. Helen started her career working directly with young people facing complex challenges before moving into leadership, where she has developed and led services across Greater Manchester. Her background is in counselling and psychotherapy, and she brings extensive experience in mental health and wellbeing, safeguarding, partnerships and developing services around the needs of young people.
